Cubetto Robot is a robot designed for children from 3 to 6 years old, to help them learn programming without screens.
Overview
Inspired by Montessori pedagogy, Cubetto robot is a small, tangible wooden robot that allows children to learn the basics of computer programming. They can learn how to program small instruction sequences from the blocks of different shapes and colors they will place on a programming board. This board is connected to Bluetooth technology and communicates to the robot the route it will have to execute.
We very much like this method of teaching the programming logic without screens. We also like the numerous activities proposed online, to be performed with the family or in a classroom. Thanks to these, children learn algorithms and debugging. They also learn how to collaborate, and develop a creative spirit.
